01 / GEOMETRY AND DRAWING INPUTS

Define the ring around the bore.

The outside diameter, inside diameter and thickness establish the envelope. The drawing should also show the bore fit, reference faces, edge condition and any concentricity requirement.

The RFQ should carry the application, environment, magnetic target, pole orientation, coating, quantity and annual usage. Samples, MOQ and lead time are confirmed for the project.

Grade and magnetization direction reviewed against the requirement.

Finish and condition remain part of release.
