01 / FEATURE INPUTS
Define the countersunk feature.
The section view should make the countersink, through feature, depth, included angle or mating fastener relationship clear. The finished face and reference datum matter just as much.

Finished envelope
State outside dimensions and thickness.
Countersink geometry
Show the feature in section with clear reference dimensions.
Fastener interface
Identify the screw, seating condition and clearance.
Magnetization
Mark the pole direction and reference face.
02 / MATERIAL AND SURFACE
Protect the feature and dimensional basis.
The coating must work with the countersink and the assembly environment. Dimensional allowance should be reviewed with the selected finish and the critical seating surface.
03 / PROCUREMENT AND INSPECTION
Release the feature that secures the assembly.
A countersunk RFQ should include the fastener context, application environment, quantity and inspection priorities. Checks can focus on the seating feature, envelope, coating and magnetic direction.
